But I do know that watching as Mac learns and grows was an amazing thing. I know some people were turned off the series because they thought she was too bubbly and dumb in the first book. Well, I never thought that but I really did enjoy watching her morph into the strong woman she becomes.

Seriously Jaclyn, I'm going to re-read the series now. Well, not now but soon. :)Bookworm Brandeenoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3080059027932862967.post-10662699558883375092014-09-24T18:11:49.871-05:002014-09-24T18:11:49.871-05:00Absolutely a turning point! The fact that they are not able to play with her as much in this one is fantastic, and her chemistry with Barrons is so much fun! I agree that Moning had been hinting at this ending and that she needed to be broken. I picked up the next one right away!!Jaclyn Canadahttp://jcbookhaven.blogspot.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3080059027932862967.post-90608911966077000152014-09-24T18:09:46.516-05:002014-09-24T18:09:46.516-05:00The action was really intense when it got going! It's where my interest escalated to addiction and I needed the rest of the series like the air we breathe! I loved that Mac was cluing in a bit more and not as easily manipulated as she was before. She's getting crafty and she's definitely not backing down. Her chemistry with Barrons was becoming stronger too, which :D haha Oh and yeah THAT ENDING was horrible but at the same time Moning had been hinting about that possibility from the start - and of course poor Mac was going to need to be broken down to be rebuilt. It was awful but you definitely NEED to dive right into book 4 after that!Michelinehttp://www.lunar-rainbows.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3080059027932862967.post-54346627510397088032014-09-24T05:35:30.371-05:002014-09-24T05:35:30.371-05:00I agree, a bit boring in the beginning, loved the ...I agree, a bit boring in the beginning, loved the action when it came.
